1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size issues or defective products. If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • In case of damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost
